Alex Craig became a real estate investor in 2007 after eight years of corporate experience as National Sales Manager and Director of Marketing for Worldwide Adhesive and Plumbing Manufacture. Alex is a lifetime native of Memphis and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Memphis.
Alex owns and manages a portfolio of houses in Memphis, TN, and Little Rock, AR. He is the co-founder and president of Memphis Turnkey Properties GP, Little Rock Turnkey LLC, CB Properties of Memphis LLC, and owner of Gus’s Fried Chicken in Knoxville, TN.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys travel, dining, playing in the Wooden Bat Baseball League & CBHS Alumni Basketball Team, along with coaching youth sports.
Brian Teeter

Brian Teeter is a lifetime native of Little Rock and has been investing in real estate with his partner, Jamie Hoffman, since 1997. He currently owns and manages 27 properties in Little Rock.
Brian is a University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR) graduate and has 16 years of experience in corporate sales for a pharmaceutical company and a telecom company.
Brian is a licensed contractor and has been a small business owner in construction and retail for 12 years. He is the co-founder of Little Rock Turnkey and cousin of Alex Craig.
Brian oversees the day-to-day operations for Little Rock Turnkey and hosts investors during property tours.
Jamie Hoffman

Jamie Hoffman has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He is a licensed real estate agent, licensed contractor, and proprietor of J H Home Improvements, with more than 15 years of experience in maintenance and remodeling.
Before real estate, Jamie worked in public accounting for ten years and earned his license as a certified public accountant in 1996. Jamie is a member of a limited liability corporation that focuses on residential real estate investments and owns 30+ rental properties.
His team has more than 50 years of combined experience in residential and multi-family property management.
Gordon Logan

Gordon Logan graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2013 with bachelors degrees in both Accounting and Real Estate. He earned his masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Memphis in 2017 and has been a licensed CPA since 2016. He has over 10 years of experience, primarily in Corporate and Real Estate Accounting.
Outside of work, Gordon enjoys spending time with his wife and twin boys, playing basketball, and supporting Ole Miss Athletics.

Andrew Akins was born and raised in Memphis, TN, and graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2002 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. After working in Atlanta for three years, Andrew moved home to earn a Master’s degree from the University of Memphis.
Andrew purchased his first investment property in 2015. After seven years in commercial banking, he transitioned to CB Properties to further grow his portfolio while operating a property management company.
Andrew is very knowledgeable about Memphis and its people. He is very passionate about real estate investing and working with investors to grow their portfolios in the Memphis area. He enjoys spending time with his wife, playing golf and tennis, and catching any event in his hometown.

Frank Malvezzi is a lifelong Memphian and a graduate of Auburn University. He has been an investor in Memphis Real Estate since 1997, and since 2001 has been a licensed RE Agent in Tennessee. Frank has bought and sold, owned and managed Real Estate throughout all zip codes in Memphis and the surrounding area. He has been with Memphis Turnkey since 2018.
Outside of work, Frank enjoys spending time with his wife and teenage son, playing golf, and is an avid Memphis Tiger and Grizzlies supporter.

In 1999 she moved home to Memphis and got her real estate license and sold residential real estate for over 20 years. She has been with the company for 3 years working with investors from the point of the purchase contract to the closing. She loves playing tennis, reading and spending time with her husband and 3 children.
