Alex Craig
President
Alex Craig became a real estate investor in 2007 after eight years of corporate experience as National Sales Manager and Director of Marketing for Worldwide Adhesive and Plumbing Manufacture. Alex is a lifetime native of Memphis and holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Memphis.
Alex owns and manages a portfolio of houses in Memphis, TN, and Little Rock, AR. He is the co-founder and president of Memphis Turnkey Properties GP, Little Rock Turnkey LLC, CB Properties of Memphis LLC, and owner of Gus’s Fried Chicken in Knoxville, TN.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys travel, dining, playing in the Wooden Bat Baseball League & CBHS Alumni Basketball Team, along with coaching youth sports.
Frank Malvezzi
Acquisitions Manager
Frank Malvezzi is the acquisitions manager and a licensed realtor for the company's real estate and turnkey arm.
He comes to us as one of the pioneers of the Memphis investment community with 25 years of experience in the industry as a wholesaler, house flipper, property manager, rehabber, leasing agent, and owner of several rental homes.
Frank’s day-to-day responsibility for the company is looking for properties to purchase. Frank enjoys golf and spending time with his wife and son when not at work. He is a native of Memphis and a graduate of Auburn University.
Christine McBee
Transaction Coordinator
Christine was born and raised in Memphis, TN. She graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with a degree in Human Learning and Behavior.
After working in Nashville and Chicago for a computer consulting company, she moved back to Memphis and has been selling residential real estate for over 20 years. When not working, Christine enjoys time with her family and playing tennis.
Andrew Akins
Investor Coordinator
Andrew Akins was born and raised in Memphis, TN, and graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2002 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. After working in Atlanta for three years, Andrew moved home to earn a Master’s degree from the University of Memphis.
Andrew purchased his first investment property in 2015. After seven years in commercial banking, he transitioned to CB Properties to further grow his portfolio while operating a property management company.
Andrew is very knowledgeable about Memphis and its people. He is very passionate about real estate investing and working with investors to grow their portfolios in the Memphis area. He enjoys spending time with his wife, playing golf and tennis, and catching any event in his hometown.
Nicole Simmons
Accounting Manager
Nicole was born and raised in the suburbs just outside of Memphis. She has worked in the real estate investing industry for the past 6 years, including property management, accounting and finance, and everything in between. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family, camping and hiking, and photography.
