We encourage all our new and existing clients to visit us anytime, whether before, during, or after the transaction. Face-to-face meetings are a fantastic way for both sides to develop a great working relationship.
The turnkey business is not a one-time transaction but a long-term relationship and commitment as we want to be your local market real estate consultant for years to come.
When our investors meet us for the first time, a typical day starts with a brief office meeting to introduce the team and sit in our conference room to discuss what we do and what you are trying to accomplish.
From there, we like to take a tour of the properties we offer in various stages of the rehab process. Depending on what each investor is looking to accomplish, a typical tour lasts anywhere from four to eight hours. Somewhere in the middle, we'll break for lunch on us!
